These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChristTube's websites, applications, APIs, media streaming networks, and interactive platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or utilizing our platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with ChristTube.

1. Who May Use the Services

To maintain a safe and legal environment, you must meet the following criteria to create an account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• Account Authorization: You may register an account on behalf of a legal entity, such as a Church, Clergy body, Business, or School, provided you have the actual authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• Single Profile Accountability: Users may maintain a single Personal Profile, though verified Organizations may manage multiple sub-channels or administrative seats.

2. Your Content & Grant of Rights

You retain ownership of the sermons, music, videos, prayer requests, and text that you upload to ChristTube. However, to keep the platform operational, you grant us the following permissions:

• The Media License: By distributing content on ChristTube, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, stream, distribute, modify, run, copy, and publicly display your content across our network.
• Purpose of License: This license exists solely to enable us to deliver your content to your audience, sync audio/video feeds, and power personalized faith feeds. This license ends when your content or account is deleted.
• Advertising & Sponsorships: Like platforms such as X and YouTube, ChristTube may display advertisements, promoted ministries, or sponsorships across the platform. Depending on your chosen Membership Tier (Regular vs. Premium), ad revenue splits are executed according to your specific dashboard metrics.

3. Acceptable Use & The Digital Sanctuary Guidelines

We strive to keep ChristTube an open, community-driven space rooted in respect and dignity. You explicitly agree not to engage in the following "Misuses of Service":

A. Safety & Platform Integrity

• Exploitation & Harassment: Absolute zero tolerance for content that exploits minors, intimidates, bullies, or harasses individuals, or incites violence.
• Scams & Commercial Fraud: You will not launch unauthorized commercial communications (spam), pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial practices targeting the congregation.
• Automated Scraping: You may not harvest data, scrape profiles, or access the Service using unauthorized automated tools (bots, spiders, or scrapers).

B. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary broadcast licenses for all music, performance tracks, and media you upload. Repeat copyright infringement will result in the immediate termination of your channel.

4. Membership Tiers & Financial Terms

ChristTube operates on a dual-tier model (Regular Free Accounts and Premium Advanced Tools).

• Subscription Fees: If you enroll in a Premium tier (e.g., All Churches, Global Clergy, Platinum Influencer), you agree to automated recurring billing cycles.
• Cancellation: You may cancel premium memberships at any time through your Account Settings. Access to premium tools will persist until the current billing interval concludes.
• Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless required by regional consumer law.

5. Termination and Enforcement Actions

ChristTube reserves the right to take swift enforcement action if user behavior creates legal risk, commercial inviability, or violates our foundational guidelines:

• Remedies: Enforcement actions include content shielding (de-indexing), visibility reduction, feature restrictions, or permanent account blacklisting.
• Account Deactivation: You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by simply deleting your profile and discontinuing use of our application.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Provision: ChristTube provides its platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the absolute accuracy, scriptural interpretations, or reliability of any user-generated content. Your reliance on materials streamed via the Services is strictly at your own risk.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChristTube's aggregate financial liability for any legal claims arising out of the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you paid us for premium services in the past six months.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and any associated legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective lawsuit, or representative arbitration proceeding against ChristTube.
