1. The Scriptures

We believe that "all Scripture is given by inspiration of God" (2 Tim. 3:16). We understand this to mean that the entire Bible is divinely inspired, written by holy men of God who "were moved by the Holy Spirit" (2 Pet. 1:21) to record the very words of Scripture.

• Inerrancy: We believe that this divine inspiration extends equally and fully to all parts of Scripture as they appeared in the original manuscripts, and that the whole Bible in the originals is therefore completely without error.
• Christ-Centered Focus: We believe that all the Scriptures center around the Lord Jesus Christ—in His person, His work, and His first and second comings. Consequently, no portion of Scripture, including the Old Testament, is properly read or understood until it leads to Him.
• Practical Instruction: We believe that all Scripture was designed for our practical instruction, spiritual growth, and daily guidance (2 Tim. 3:16–17; Ps. 119:105; Rom. 15:4; 1 Cor. 10:11; 2 Tim. 3:16).

2. The Triune God

We believe there is only one true God. He is eternally self-existent and has revealed Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each possessing distinct personal attributes, yet completely unified without division of nature, essence, or being (John 4:23–24; Matt. 28:19).

God the Father

God, as Father, reigns with providential care over His entire universe. He is all-powerful, all-loving, all-knowing, and all-wise. While He maintains a fatherly, benevolent attitude toward all humanity, He is truly the Father to those who become children of God through personal faith in Jesus Christ, who will ultimately deliver them into the Father's hands (Gen. 1:1; 1 Chron. 29:10; Jer. 10:10; Matt. 6:9; Acts 1:7; Rom. 8:14–15; 1 Cor. 8:6, 15:24; Eph. 4:6).

God the Son

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man without ceasing to be God. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, perfectly uniting His divine and human natures to reveal God and redeem sinful humanity.Redemption: He accomplished our redemption by voluntarily offering Himself as a sinless, substitutionary sacrifice on the cross, thereby satisfying God's righteous judgment against sin.Resurrection & Ascension:He demonstrated the absolute completion of our redemption and justification by His physical, bodily resurrection from the grave. He ascended to the right hand of the Father, where He now reigns and intercedes as our Advocate (Luke 1:34; John 1:1–2, 14, 18; Rom. 3:24–26, 8:34).

God the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He alone regenerates and brings spiritual life to those who are dead in sin.

• Ministry to Believers: At the moment of salvation, He baptizes (places) all believers into the one true Church, which is the Body of Christ. He permanently indwells, seals, and secures them until the day of final redemption.
• Empowerment: He bestows spiritual gifts upon believers for the building up of the church and fills (controls) those who yield to His guidance. Every believer is called to live in the power of the indwelling Spirit to overcome the desires of the flesh and bear fruit to the glory of God (John 3:3–8, 14:16–17, 16:7–11; 1 Cor. 12:7–11, 13; Eph. 4:30, 5:18).

3. Creation and the Fall of Man

• Creation: We believe that God created the heavens and the earth, including all life, by direct act. We believe that human beings were created directly by God, in His own image and likeness, possessing inherent dignity and worth (Gen. 1:1; John 1:3; Col. 1:16–17).
• The Fall: Although humanity was created upright and in the image of God, man fell through voluntary disobedience. Consequently, all people inherit a sinful nature, are spiritually lost, and are under righteous condemnation. Except a person be born again by the Holy Spirit, they cannot see or enter the Kingdom of God (Gen. 1:26–27; John 3:3; Rom. 3:10, 23).

4. Atonement and Salvation

• Atonement for Sin: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a substitutionary sacrifice. All who put their faith in Him are redeemed and justified by His shed blood. We affirm His physical resurrection, His ascension into heaven, and His current ministry as our High Priest and Advocate (John 1:1–3, 14; 3:1–7, 16; Heb. 10:4–14; 1 John 2:2).
• Salvation by Grace: We believe that salvation is a gift of God's grace. It cannot be earned, bought, or secured through meritorious works or human effort. It is freely bestowed upon all who place their personal faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary. All who trust the Savior are fully forgiven of their sins, reconciled to God, and born into His family by the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit (John 1:12; Acts 16:30–33; Rom. 10:9–10; Eph. 2:8–9).

5. The Christian Walk and Mission

• The Christian Walk: We are called with a holy calling to walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. While our sinful nature (the flesh) is not eradicated in this earthly life, we are empowered by the indwelling Holy Spirit to keep it in subjection. Believers must choose daily to yield to Christ, relying on His Spirit to live lives of holiness that bring honor—rather than dishonor—to our Lord (Rom. 6:11–13, 8:2, 4, 12–13; Gal. 5:16–23; Eph. 4:22–24; Col. 2:1–10; 1 Pet. 1:14–16; 1 John 1:4–7, 3:5–9).
• The Great Commission: Until Christ returns, it is the supreme duty, privilege, and joy of every Christian to pursue the fulfillment of the Great Commission. We are called to minister in His name, serve a hurting world, and act as instruments of the Holy Spirit to share the message of redemption, reconciliation, and hope (Matt. 25:31–46, 28:18–20).

6. The Local Church and Ordinances

• The Gospel Church: We believe that the visible, local church of Christ is a local congregation of baptized believers, associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the Gospel. The church is called to observe Christ's ordinances, be governed by His Word, and exercise spiritual gifts for the edification of the body (Acts 2:41–42).
• Baptism: We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, serving as a solemn and beautiful emblem of our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior (Acts 2:41).
• The Lord's Supper: We believe that the Lord's Supper is a symbolic commemoration of the death and broken body of the Lord Jesus, to be observed by believers and preceded by solemn self-examination (1 Cor. 11:23–31).

7. Last Things (Eschatology)

• The Resurrection: We believe the Scriptures clearly teach that Jesus physically rose from the dead and now exists in His glorified body at God's right hand. We look forward to the resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked. The bodies of believers will be raised and transformed to conform to the glorious, immortal body of Jesus Christ (1 Thess. 4:16–17).
• The Return & Judgment: We affirm the personal, visible, and glorious second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the final judgment of all humanity. The eternal destiny of every individual will be determined by their relationship with and faith in Jesus Christ—leading to eternal life in the presence of God for believers, or eternal separation from Him for unbelievers (Matt. 24:30; Acts 1:9–11; 1 Thess. 4:15–17; Rev. 1:7).
